i sense a 'tsunami' coming from my upper management soon. lol. lets hope we survive man..
and daolei pointed out smth quite true.
OC - wants our daily Ops to be zai.
CSM - wants us to have our drills zai, discipline zai.
CO - wants all of us to at least have IPPT silver otherwise have to stay back for RT.
1 person shoot 1 thing for us. we already flooded liao.
anyway had quite abit of feedback about my comms procedure. i guess its time for me to correct my mistakes and work on it.
